We typically start with a short centering practice and a check in - introduce yourself and let us know what’s on your heart and mind!

Then we will review any recent events and talk about what’s coming up. This is great time to learn more about “Living in Yoga” ashram orientation and/or “Wild Earth Spirit Camp”. Bring your questions!

Finally, we allow some space to discuss things like our community core practices and agreements and any issues, ideas or needs that anyone would like to discuss together.
