The ashram is open to community members (those who have attended ashram sessions and retreats previously) January 1st through 8th! 
Come for a day or two or stay the whole week. 
During this week of day to day ashram life, we will integrate a consistent routine of spiritual practices including meditation, yoga asana, and the daily fire puja. Additionally, we will dive deep into the concept and practice of karma yoga (selfless service) as we work together on the farm.

Enjoy silent mornings, shared meals, and the space and time to connect more deeply with yourself, each other and the land.
