Living In Yoga - Ashram Orientation Retreat - Disputanta, KY

Are you curious about ashram life?

If you enjoy mind/body practices, spiritual inquiry, nature connection, making new friends, sitting outside around a fire, pitching in and helping with chores, and would like to immerse yourself in a welcoming spiritual community, we have created this weekend for you. This is a powerful opportunity to reset your spiritual system and find more joy, wisdom and intimacy in your relationship with yourself, others, your work and the Earth.

Begin your days with yoga and meditation practice, followed by a contemplative silent healthy breakfast prepared by one of our talented community chefs. Fill your days with time in nature on our beautiful grounds, connecting experiences with new friends, journaling or in your own personal "sadhana" or spiritual practice. Fall asleep at night to the sounds of the creek, the crickets and frogs after enjoying a community dinner and chanting around our sacred fire circle.
